背景

BIZ-45 月度巡检发现 opengineer TOOLS.md 9083B/4541 tokens 超标，需拆分至 < 5000B。

交付要求

  1. 将非高频查询内容拆分为独立参考文件
  2. TOOLS.md 仅保留核心索引和快速决策表
  3. 拆分过程不得影响 opengineer 日常运维任务
  4. 目标：TOOLS.md < 5000B

当前状态

严维序已完成拆分（13006B → 3510B，降幅73%），本 issue 做专项跟踪记录和验收。

    • ref/siyuan-ops.md (3604B) — SiYuan 运维监控
  3. TOOLS.md 索引引用: ✅ 已包含 ref/ 参考文件索引，引用路径正确
  4. 日常运维影响检查:
    • SSH/DB 连接信息: 保留在 TOOLS.md ✅
    • 服务器清单引用: 指向 memory/monitor-list.md + ServerInfo/README.md ✅
    • 常用端口备忘: 保留 ✅
    • Gitea API: 保留 ✅
    • 知识库查询详细流程: 拆至 ref/knowledge-query.md，TOOLS.md 有索引指向 ✅

  5. 结论: 拆分后日常运维无影响，所有关键信息均可通过索引快速到达。
